Terms of Service and General Conditions of Professional Legal Assistance
1. Nature of Professional Services
Studio Legale Beggin provides legal consulting, out-of-court assistance, and litigation services in the areas of immigration, citizenship, civil law, and related matters.
Professional services are carried out according to the principles of fairness, diligence, and good faith, in compliance with applicable laws and legal procedural deadlines.
2. Obligation of Means, Not Result
The Attorney’s services constitute a professional obligation of means and not a guarantee of results.
The Firm cannot guarantee:
the issuance of residence permits;
the success of appeals or legal actions;
the scheduling of appointments with Immigration Offices (Questure) or Prefectures;
processing times of Public Administration authorities;
immediate responses from public offices or consulates;
faster processing than the timelines established by law.
Any preliminary evaluation is based on the information available at the time of the consultation.
3. Administrative Processing Times
The Client acknowledges that many activities depend exclusively on:
the availability of Public Administration authorities;
the technical processing times of Immigration Offices, Prefectures, Courts, and Consulates;
the availability of appointments on official government platforms;
the processing times of the competent authorities.
Any urgency represented by the Client does not automatically allow accelerated processing by the competent authorities.
4. Urgent Requests and Immediate Actions
The Firm undertakes to prioritize urgent matters, subject to:
professional scheduling availability;
ongoing professional obligations;
the availability of documentation;
legal and administrative limitations imposed by public authorities.
The sending of certified emails (PEC), formal notices, or urgent requests does not automatically obligate Public Administration authorities to intervene immediately.
5. Client Cooperation
The Client agrees to:
provide authentic, complete, and up-to-date documents;
promptly communicate any relevant changes;
maintain respectful and cooperative behavior;
not omit information relevant to the case.
The Firm shall not be responsible for delays or consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late-submitted documentation.
6. Communications
Communications may be handled through:
email;
WhatsApp;
telephone;
online booking platforms.
In this context, WhatsApp, email, or telephone communications are intended solely for organizational and informational purposes and do not replace, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the formal assignment of a professional legal mandate.
Response times may vary depending on the complexity of requests and the Firm’s workload.
7. Payments and Bookings
Online consultations constitute a reservation of professional time.
Unless otherwise agreed:
fees paid for consultations already provided are non-refundable;
any additional services require a specific engagement agreement;
all fees are understood to be exclusive of VAT.
The inability to obtain the requested result for reasons not attributable to the Firm does not automatically entitle the Client to reimbursement for services already performed.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Firm shall not be liable for:
delays attributable to Public Administration authorities;
malfunctions of governmental or ministerial platforms;
unavailability of appointments;
subsequent legislative or regulatory changes;
discretionary decisions made by competent authorities.
9. Relationship of Trust and Mutual Respect
Studio Legale Beggin bases its professional practice on transparency, mutual respect, and the concrete protection of the Client’s interests.
We understand the personal and family importance of immigration matters and are committed to handling each case with professional and human care, while recognizing that certain decisions depend exclusively on the competent authorities.
